Membership

Any owner in the area of the Association may at any time become a member.  Every Municipality or organ of State MUST become a member.

Member details

Any change of address or telephone number or transfer of property or change in owners MUST be communicated to the FPA within 3O days of any such chnage . 

Membership of LRFPA includes;

🔥The payment of annual (1 April—31 March) membership fees and any other charges set by the Association

🔥Membership fees are not pro rata from date of membership

🔥All benefits of membership

🔥A declaration to abide this Constitution and the Rules & Regulations of the Association

Termination of Membership – Payment of fees etc.

Membership is automatically terminated should a member NOT pay membership fees, charges, and interest within 60 days of invoice.   

If a member terminates membership, he or she forfeits all fees and charges already paid to the Association. Should such members wish to re-apply to the Association all outstanding fees will need to be paid inclusive on current year fees.

Rights of the Association

The Association may terminate membership of any member who fails to comply with the Rules & Regulations, within a reasonable time period.

Should a dispute arise with regard to a membership being terminated, the Executive Committee decision is final.
